The HEB Feast of Sharing  was  held on Saturday, December 20, from 11am until 3pm, at the St. Joan of Arc Parish Hall, at Illinois Avenue and East 2nd Street. More people than last year attended the worthwhile event.They enjoyed the bountiful meal (courtesy of HEB Food Stores) and entertainment for adults and children alike. Santa Claus, assisted by Weslaco Police Department Community Officers; Anabell Cardona, her staff and students of Valley Grande Insttute; and other generous contributors, made hundreds of children a little happier this Christmas. Special thanks to the many contributors who donated toys to the drive. They were the real difference in this effort.
